Fruits were harvested in November, which allowed to achieve very good maturity. In the aroma we can feel the notes of honey and ripe tropical fruit sweetness, in the mouth taste of sweetness against citrus acidity, which is typical for that strains. The wine recommended for onion soup, cheese ripening, white meat in puff pastry and gingerbread and strudel.
